Standard/International

Your order may take 24-48 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking.

Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday via international express in China. If the goods cannot be delivered in some areas, we will contact you to cancel the return and refund. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Due to the high value of our products signature confirmation will be required on all orders.

All orders are shipped in inconspicuous packaging.

To track an order, please visit your ahqone account or shipping confirmation email.

Additional order validation may be required and can delay delivery.

You are responsible for any sales, duty, or other governmental fees, or taxes. We will collect applicable taxes if we determine necessary. Taxes will be calculated at checkout when required.

Cost: All items are shipped from China via international express.

Shipping time: 2-15 business days from the date you receive the shipping confirmation and tracking email. (For customized products, our company will reply to the specific time in the form of email)

International

Shipping charges apply to all international purchases. Price will be quoted based on value, destination and location availability by carrier. Please call or e-mail prior to placing an order for shipping fees and to verify shipping is available at your location.

If you are outside the United States, your country’s customs might charge an import fee. Purchaser is responsible for all of the imports taxes, duties or other import related fees. You can find more information about import fees by contacting your customs office directly.
