All jewelry has been assessed by our quality control supervisor before listing to ensure integrity.

 

Our gold and silver jewellery is sold “as is” and needs to be worn with care.

Domestic Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you intend to return the package, please contact AHQ ONE within 3 days of delivery. All costs and freight related to the return shall be borne by the buyer and the goods must be returned to us within 5 days after receiving the return label. No refund will be made if AHQ ONE is not contacted within 3 days and/or we do not receive returned items. You must contact us immediately upon receipt of the package to inform us of any questions regarding the condition of the package. All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, including all original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged, worn or altered. International Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you intend to return the package, you must contact AHQ ONE within 3 days of receiving the package. Upon receipt of the parcel, you must contact us immediately to inform us of any problems with the condition of the item. Goods must be returned to us within 5 days of receiving the return label. No refund will be made if AHQ ONE is not contacted within 3 days and/or we do not receive returned items. International returns are not free of charge, and the relevant costs and freight incurred by the return are borne by the buyer. Please note that return shipping costs vary by country and are determined when a return label is created. You must return the package to us and follow all instructions provided. Once we receive the item, we will verify the condition of the item and refund it within 7 days of receipt. All returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
