  • Orders require payment verification (1-3 business days) and stock confirmation before taking effect.
  • Customized products require design confirmation within 24 hours after payment.

2.3 Pricing and Taxes

  • Displayed prices are FOB (Free On Board) and exclude:
    • Import duties/VAT
    • Cross-border bank fees (~1.5%-3%)
    • Customs clearance fees

3. Shipping and After-Sales Service

  • Default carriers: DHL Express (3-7 business days) / EMS (7-20 business days)
  • Customs delay resolution procedures apply
