2. Account and Order Management

2.1 Account Registration

You must provide your real name, email, and valid payment information. Impersonation or automated bulk registration is prohibited.
You are responsible for all activities under your account. If unauthorized access is detected, immediately contact customer service to freeze the account.

2.2 Order Validity

Orders require payment verification (1-3 business days) and stock confirmation before taking effect.
Customized products require design confirmation within 24 hours after payment.

2.3 Pricing and Taxes

Displayed prices are FOB (Free On Board) and exclude:
- Import duties/VAT
- Cross-border bank fees (~1.5%-3%)
- Customs clearance fees

3. Shipping and After-Sales Service

Default carriers: DHL Express (3-7 business days) / EMS (7-20 business days)
